Using a calm and measured approach, we can help you with Mac or PC, iPhone or Android. We offer help in training, IT advice, or fixing issues. The benefit of choosing us is that we will try to help you achieve independence and confidence in using your computer by both sitting with you and helping you and well as by giving you full feedback on what we did. This will empower you to try and solve issues independently with your devices in the future. You are welcome to ask questions during our visit so it can be a beneficial learning experience for you if you wish.

Rates

We are based in SW London. For site visits, we charge £75 per hour, plus parking (if relevant) and will charge for travel if it exceeds 30 mins either way. We can also help you via Zoom, which is £65 per hour. After the first hour, we charge in 15 min increments.
